Meet our team

Is the Owner of The Floor Store and has been in the flooring business since 1985. His extensive knowledge of flooring and installation made him strive for more ways to help the Central Georgia area create their dream residential and commercial spaces. He opened the first location on Watson Blvd. in 2012 (now relocated in perry) and our second location on Russell Parkway in 2022. Our new location in Perry will be opening by the end of September 2024! He is also the proud owner of Jim's Gym located next to the Russell Parkway location.

Has been our Operations Manager since 2018 and working behind the scenes since the very beginning alongside her husband and owner of The Floor Store, Jim. She oversees all the business processes such as HR, accounting, employee benefits, orders, and so much more.

Is the Store Manager at our Russell Parkway location. She has been working with us since 2017 and knows just about everything there is to know when it comes to product knowledge and sales. She oversees the sales floor, appointment scheduling, quotes, communication between departments and helps anywhere else she is needed. With her in-depth knowledge of color theory she is able to help create a space tailored specifically for any client she works with.

Ruby has been a dedicated Sales & Design Associate with us since 2021. Her knowledge has grown over that time to make her a wonderful tile and flooring designer. She works with residential and commercial customers, coming up with trending and timeless designs. Ruby is also trilingual! She can speak Spanish, English and Italian.

Although Deb has only been with us as our cabinet designer since 2022, she has been working in the industry for over 30 years. She has a wealth of knowledge that she brings to the table. She measures all the cabinet jobs on site, designs them and follows through with the jobs till completion.

Is our Installation Manager and has been with us since 2014. He oversees jobs from measurement to installation and helps us ensure client satisfaction by working with both installers and customers. You may also see him on the sales floor on select Saturdays.

Is our installation scheduler and coordinator and has been with us since 2021. She makes sure things move as smoothly as possible between the crews, store, and customers until the job is completed. She also handles invoicing and customer satisfaction calls.

Is our Job Superintendent and has been with us since 2021. He regularly checks in on jobs to make sure everything is running smoothly. He also does final walkthroughs with customers and is our in house handyman. He is always very personable and easy to work with.

Terry has been with us since the very beginning back in 2012. As our office manager she is in charge of payroll, AR/AP, finances and so much more. She has been a huge part of our success and we don't know what we would do without her.

Is our Warehouse manager and has been with us since 2019. He is in charge of keeping all the jobs organized, receiving and sending out materials, keeping inventory up to date, and letting Jennifer know when jobs are ready to be scheduled.

Is a part-time Sales & Design Associate that has been with us since 2022. Prior to joining our team, he had been in the flooring industry since the 90's so he is very knowledgeable when it comes to products and design.

Is a Sales & Design Associate at our Perry Location. He has been with us since 2014 starting as the Warehouse Manager. He helps oversee the sales floor and warehouse at this location. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and is a joy to have around.

Is a Sales & Design Associate at our Perry Location. She has been with us since 2024 but has been in the flooring industry since 1984. She is very knowledgeable and ready to assist anyone that walks through the door.
